The Cardiff site comprises 3 separate manufacturing areas; Melt Shop (built in 2006 with an investment of £80m), Sections Mill and Rod and Bar Mill. It is part of CELSA GROUP a privately owned Spanish based steel making company with a workforce of over 8,000 employees in 15 countries worldwide. The Group has annual sales in the region of €4,000 million.
