Toolmaking In house ability to design make and produce all our plastic injection mould tools and assembly jigs and to update machines shop fixtures on a regular basis. Injection Moulding & Machining The Mould Shop produces components in a wide range of modern polymers allowing accurate control of the quality and supply of all parts on extremely short lead times. Using CNC and semi-automatic machines all parts are produced to the highest standards for both low quantity unique product and volume manufacturing. Fabrication Wire and sheet metal fabrication is carried out on-site ensuring perfect-fit components and the ability to produce custom parts including mounting systems and accessories. Assembly The combination of a highly skilled assembly team and 100% testing of all products ensure constant high quality and reliabilty.
