IntaPeople have been established in Cardiff since 1994, starting as an IT recruitment specialist, we diversified into the Engineering sector around 3 years ago and as a whole, IntaPeople employ 26 full time staff, with a turnover, derived exclusively from recruitment services, of circa £8.75 Million. We also featured as finalists in this year’s “Fast Growth 50” awards which identify the fastest growing companies in Wales. We won this prize in 2000. Our consultants have come from a variety of engineering backgrounds including Offshore Driller and Project Engineer – Oil & Gas, Design Draughtsman and Mechanical/HVAC Engineers. We specialise within the niche markets of Marine, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Automotive and Aerospace. We are currently on the PSL with BAE, Babcock, Doosan Babcock, Aries Complex, Marshall, FACC in Austria, Labinal, GKN and work alongside a number of much smaller consultancies like Active Technology, Tods Aerospace, AB Connectors, to name a few. We manage approximately 100 contract/agency staff who work at various sites across the UK, Europe and Middle East. These roles/positions vary from Mechanical and Electrical Draughtsman to Senior Design Engineers, to Structural and Stress Engineers, as well as Manufacturing Engineers, System Engineers, Project Engineers and several more.
