Millennium Inorganic Chemicals, a Lyondell company, is one of the world’s largest producers of titanium dioxide pigment, a crucial ingredient in coatings, paints, plastics, paper rubbers and ceramics. As a global organisation with a UK manufacturing base at Stallingborough, near Grimsby, it is the largest Chloride process Ti02 plant in Europe.
