Oxford Photovoltaics Ltd is an award winning early stage company developing a next-generation photovoltaic product that incorporates proprietary solution-processed solar cells within laminated glass windows to form attractive solar glazing.  The Company is developing its PV modules and large-area processing methods in preparation for volume production, and now wishes to expand the R&D team to refine the design, processing and performance at production scale.

The product combines the use of low cost materials with low cost thin film deposition and patterning methods, producing nano-engineered solar cell components that integrate with standard glazing technologies. Our product development team spans a range of disciplines, including Process Engineering, Solar cell physics, Organic Chemistry and Materials Processing.
