The Gas Turbine Supply Chain (GTSC) is responsible for the integrated design, manufacture and supply of gas turbine sub-systems and components throughout the product lifecycle. GTSC consists of eight Supply Chain Units (SCUs), who are responsible for delivering to four Customer Facing Business Units (CFBUs). Each SCU is accountable for the quality, cost, delivery and technology of its sub-systems and components.
