Satchwell Associates, Recruitment Specialists, was formed in Nuneaton in 1997. Its founder members are Chairman Steve Satchwell, Sales and Marketing Director Jayne Satchwell and Operations Director Tracy Quittenton. Board Members of Satchwell Associates are based at our Head Office in Nuneaton and are still very much involved in the day-to-day operations and directorship of the Company. Currently, the Company has a four branch UK network, covering Leicestershire, Warwickshire and Oxfordshire, continually recruiting for Industrial, Warehouse and Distribution, Driving and Commercial market sectors. Through continual high demand, 2005 has seen Satchwell Associates become a truly international Company, with the opening of branches in Poland and Estonia to supply staff to the Eastern European and UK labour markets. Satchwell Associates recognise the absolute need for complete customer retention, through the absolute need for customer satisfaction, for both the Client and Associate. Management and Consultants are salaried, ensuring quality assessment, interview and placement for the associate and permanent candidates that meet all specified criteria for the client. We believe that recruitment is all about providing a personalised service to both clients and applicants alike. This is reflected in the fact that all Consultants are selected on ability to provide solutions and their compassion to the industry rather than, as is the industry standard, sales ability. This, we believe, is a real consultancy as opposed to contingency recruitment.
