Syngenta employs over 26,000 people in more than 90 countries. Within this group the Monthey site is Syngenta's largest manufacturing facility and employs almost 1,000 people in a range of chemical synthesis and associated activities.

Syngenta's European Capital Projects Group (CPG) is based at the Monthey site and provides capital project management for capital investment at Monthey and at other Syngenta sites throughout the Europe, Africa and Middle East (EAME).

Syngenta has a significant future capital investment program and you may work on projects specifically at Monthey site or, in some instance, on projects at other sites within the EAME region. This would normally involve projects in France, Belgium or Eastern Europe.
