This integrated team approach encourages customer contact at all levels, this can range from co-location within customer teams to full scale alliances where appropriate. This could mean that you have an opportunity to travel nationally or internationally depending on the project that you are involved with. In addition to this, the company actively encourages engineers to achieve professional recognition. It offers a Monitored Professional Development Scheme (MPDS) for Graduates and provides assistance to other suitably qualified engineers to achieve Chartered status.
