Repairing and maintaining cash handling equipment, as a Service Engineer, you will provide excellent on-site service support to customers throughout London.
The shift pattern will consist of rotating shifts on a six-weekly pattern. These shifts currently consist of weekday and weekend shifts on early shift (6am to 2pm), late shift (2pm to 10pm) and day shift (9am to 5pm).
In this customer-focused role, you will demonstrate best operator practice, project a professional image of the company at all times and practice excellent interpersonal skills.
Specifically, your role will involve the following:
- Repairing and undertaking planned maintenance of various models of cash handling equipment
- Managing spare parts stock and ensuring forward planning is in place
- Training customers and colleagues in the operation and, where applicable, support of equipment

- At least one year’s field engineering experience OR a degree in an engineering discipline
- Knowledge of IT and the use of basic tools and test equipment
