Role Information:
- The Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling technical equipment used to control manufacturing processes which in turn reduce waste and increase productivity and customer satisfaction
- Value added sales process requiring technical ability and consultative skills
- Field based position requiring you to work from a regional office 2 days per week where you will be able to learn about different product innovations and successful sales techniques
- Selling directly to end users or systems integrators, rather than selling via distribution
- Working in a team across the UK who can support you in your geographical region
- Demonstrating state of the art equipment in order to solve customer problems
- Technical sales engineering role
Requirements:
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
- A higher level qualification or equivalent in any subject
- Consultative approach
- Assertive style and unafraid of asking for the order
- Able to understand structures of organisations in order to maximise selling opportunities
- Graduate calibre
- Sales experience preferred, but NOT essential
- Able to work from a regional office 2 days per week and book your own appointments
- During the rest of the week you will be visiting customer premises where you can demonstrate the equipment
