A Honda car is an amazing piece of engineering. Which means that finding and investigating faults can be a real challenge - one that requires diligence, perseverance and dedication. Joining the Warranty Engineering Team, you’ll be responsible for analysing and solving priority Warranty issues on Honda vehicles in the market. This will include:
• Analysing Warranty data to identify trends and patterns
• Visiting actual vehicles in the market which exhibit the Warranty symptom
• Fitting and testing Warranty parts on vehicle to recreate symptoms
• Analysing Warranty parts against specification to identify primary cause
• Conducting recreation testing to establish failure mechanism
With an engineering background in automotive body construction or trim related components, you’ll bring:
• A passion for problem-solving
• Experience of handling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong automotive technical knowledge
• Ability to produce and deliver accurate and concise engineering reports to enable clear direction
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Data analysis capability)
• Confident communication skills
• A highly motivated and flexible approach
A current driving licence and valid passport are essential criteria for this post.
