Salary: Circa £60000 depending on experience

The Role:

You'll be working in an international well respected e-HR team, to support HR for the current and future rollout requirements of Workday (One HR) and other HR systems.

You will primarily be responsible for:

Workday Technical Activities

  • Creation / Configuration of Business process definitions
  • Creation of complex condition rules and notifications
  • Creation of Workday documents to streamline HR processes
  • Creation of EIB integrations and Loading Data to One HR (Workday)
  • Understanding and testing New release readiness
  • Creation and maintenance of Workday Workbooks
  • Workday Journeys module implementation
  • Workday PRISM reporting module implementation
  • Workday Recruitment enhancements
  • Workday Security configuration / testing
  • Workday Expenses
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of Workday evolution / best practice to facilitate best utilisation of One HR

Day to day support activities

  • Effective management and escalation of queries and cases in the Hr Systems Mailbox
  • Assigning / Removing Roles to users
  • User support, Coaching and training as required
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and user experience on One HR
  • Planning and testing of process improvements
  • Support change management activities (Create documentation and support material)
  • Support the deployment of MBDA annual people processes on One HR

While you will primarily be working on the tasks above, as part of the e-HR team and broader HR function, you will have exposure to other projects and other challenges currently being faced in an extremely busy department.  

What we're looking for from you:

  • Experience of  Workday system Administration essential
  • Very Strong Excel capability to analyse and merge data– (Lookups, Index etc)
  • Ability to use own initiative and challenge the "norm"
  • Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a goal-oriented way of working
  • Strong technical understanding of HR databases
  • Ability to analyse problems and develop solutions taking into account system aspects
  • Committed, proactive and team-oriented way of thinking and working
  • Good understanding of GDPR and protecting Sensitive Information
  • SAP familiarity is desirable
