Paying the equivalent (per hour) to £45k-£50k p.a.

Internal Recruitment Partner Temporary full time contractor opportunity, initially until the end of 2024, but with potential to be extended.

Dynamic (hybrid) working: We trust our people to agree, within their teams, where and when they can be most effective. Our Dynamic Working policy allows individuals flexibility around the hours they work and where they work. Typically, for this role you will work two days per week on-site, though flexibility is needed to attend site when required and to support onsite and offsite careers events etc.

The resourcing team at MBDA UK are accountable for all permanent recruitment and full life-cycle recruitment activities within the UK from vacancy approval, direct sourcing, supplier and partner engagement, interviewing and onboarding; along with internal recruitment and the processing of starters and leavers.

What we're looking for from you:

  • You'll be first and foremost, an amazing recruiter! Ideally, you will have proven experience gained from working in an internal recruitment or RPO environment (preferably within an HR team/function and with interviewing experience)

    • Or do you have experience working in an agency as a recruitment partner, now looking for a move into an internal role?

  • Experience in professional recruitment, ideally engineering or similar would be highly beneficial.

  • Experience using various Applicant Tracking Systems; or even better.....Workday experience, this would be great!

  • You will need very strong planning, administration, attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Someone who is a proven standout colleague, always proactively offering support to your team

  • A passion for recruitment and in particular, the candidate journey

  • The ability to influence and negotiate effectively

  • Someone with strong experience of proactive social media sourcing. You need to be an influencer with our social media activities and know how to use it for better recruitment engagement

  • Sound knowledge of employment law and HR issues

  • Fun and engaging.
