We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of professionals and right now we’re seeking to recruit a passionate and driven Associate Product Manager to join our growing team and help shape the future of our products.

As an Associate Product Manager at Megger, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to drive the success of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to define product vision and strategy.
  • Assist in developing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and setting product goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive opportunities.
  • Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories and specifications.
  • Work closely with designers and engineers to bring product ideas to life.
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
  • Assist in product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Support customer support and sales teams with product-related inquiries.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with lean agile development methodologies and product management software (Aha! Jera) as well as CRM/ERP (SAP)  is a plus.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of customer needs.
