Aalpha Recruitment Solutions was formed in 2004 by a number of experienced recruitment consultants who wanted to create a client focused company, forging lasting partnerships with the business they supplied.
The company has grown steadily, re-investing their success by employing the very best consultants and resources, in order to best service clients’ needs. In 2008, Aalpha Recruitment Solutions became the only UK recruitment agency to own its own nationally recognised jobs board when we launched Careers Seeker. Our continued success has lead to Aalpha expanding to supply staff to all sectors.
Our ethos is to take the time to fully understand your organisation and your requirements to ensure that we are in a position to only supply personnel that we believe are extremely strong candidates for employment. We do not believe in sending you scores of candidates in the hope that one might ‘fit’. In fact, we believe that any more than five candidates for any one vacancy is too many.
