Academy HR was first established in 1992 as a multi disciplinary HR services company. Since then, we have worked with many organisations as they have responded to both changing circumstances in their markets and the socio –economic climate in general. Human Resource Management and Development functions have also changed significantly. Sometimes they have been the agents of change; sometimes they have had to respond to it. One thing is for sure –the pace of change will continue, as will the demands on the HR profession. We understand these ever-changing influences and demands, continually reviewing our resources, experience and expertise to deliver a comprehensive and customer-focused service.
