Based in Nottinghamshire with a leading UK contractor, you will be working as a Senior Planner alongside the Project Manager and reporting into the Regional Planner. The role will be a split between tender and live project work that includes a number of high profile construction projects from various sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare and education.

Each of the project sites will require monthly visits, whilst the remainder of your time will be based on tender work. Planners who work on a successful tender will then continue to work on this at construction stage.

Applications are welcome from intermediate planners as well as senior-level candidates and the client would consider each carefully. You will be expected to report on weekly/monthly progress producing internal and external reports, and maintaining accurate and detailed project plans, advising stakeholders on programme implications.
