Our client specialises in design, manufacture and validation of ultra-precision multi-cavity injection moulds and micro moulds for the medical, pharmaceutical and optical markets. They are a looking for an energetic, self-motivating salesperson to join their sales team.

Job Role:

To manage and develop existing and new customer accounts and provide technical support to the Sales Manager working effectively with co-workers to ensure projects are properly managed and achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Continually grow customer base and sales opportunities through the development of strong working relationships with current and prospective clients, the delivery of excellent customer service and exceptional product and application knowledge.
* Identifying and establishing new business opportunities
* Organising sales visits
* Project planning, liaising with existing clients, providing pre-sales and after-sales support
* Forecasting, budgets, sales proposals, quotations, project plans, reviewing costs and sales performance
* Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
* Writing reports and sales literature
* Providing product education and advice
* Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
* Ensure that sales targets are met
* Travel to customer locations overseas

The Candidate:

* Technical experience in the field of injection moulding and tool making would be an advantage but not essential for this position
* Excellent communication, commercial negotiation and awareness skills
* Significant experience in projects sales & marketing with strong prospecting skills.
* Highly motivated, professional, enthusiastic and autonomous with strong written, verbal, presentational and interpersonal communication skills
* Work well with others in a team
* Dynamic honest and dedicated, with a character that is aligned with the client's vision and values
* Decision maker, the ability to self manage in a proactive manner

Required experience:

* Minimum 5 years
