Their team in London are seeking an experienced Installation team Supervisor to join their team in London.

The candidate will be responsible for the supervision of direct resource, also subcontractors to deliver the TCMS2 Capital Works program. Close liaison with the Capital Works Capacity Planning Manager, Project Managers and the Capital Works Field Project Manager as well as the Tfl Engineers and various Project Teams

Responsibilties (May be required to perform additional duties):

• Responsible for the supervision of internal and subcontractor resource ensuring sufficient resource is available to deliver Capital Works schemes and that adequate support is provided for each project to ensure that delivery of the works achieves the required milestones.
• Liaison with the Capital Works Project Managers and Field Project Managers to ensure that the scope of works for existing and future projects is understood and that any risks are identified prior to works commencing on site.
• Undertaken regular meetings with direct resource and subcontractors to ensure demand is clearly articulated and any issue resolved.
• Responsible for undertaking site audits for both direct resource and sub-contractors to ensure that the level of quality on each project meets the outlined requirements and standards.
• Provide regular reports highlighting direct resource and subcontractor performance
• Monitor and report on internal delays affecting delivery and impacting capacity
• Be pro-active in re-allocating resource around issues/delays and unexpected demand
• Close liaison with TfL and the Capital Works Project Team on forward workload planning
• Ensure that HERS audits and evidence gathering for each of the installation team is achieved and that training needs and requirements are achieved and that each of the portfolios are keep up to date for the staff under your supervision
• Close liaison is required with the Commissioning Engineers is required to ensure that they are notified of any delay or reduction in the programmed works to ensure that the current or revised commissioning date is planned and results in a successful handover.



• Excellent standards of paperwork, report writing and paperwork submission
• Ability to deal with the client and other stakeholders effectively and to ensure deadlines are met
• Qualified to ONC or BTEC level or an equivalent qualification.
• Good interpersonal skills with a pro-active approach to problem resolution
• Experience of dealing with subcontractor and performance management


• Full Driving Licence
• Good Knowledge of London
• Work completed to high standards
• Innovation approach to product support and development
• Microsoft Office skills
• Good organizational skills with regards to documentation
