As a Service & Maintenance Engineer, you will perform planned service and maintenance activities on safety and security systems throughout Northampton. 

Operating in a safe manner at all times, you will: 

- Work on fire, CCTV, intruder and access control systems 
- Carry out all tasks in-line with British Standards, industry accreditations and SLAs 
- Process jobs via a tablet or PDA to keep accurate records of completed and remedial work 
- Maintain strong communications with the Helpdesk Team 
- Accurately complete documentation 

Interested? To be considered, you will need experience of servicing, maintaining and conducting repairs on fire, CCTV, intruder, access control and warden control systems, including the following: 

- Fire: Advanced, Kentec, Morley, Haes and Gent 
- CCTV (Analogue and IP): Dedicated Micros, Panasonic and Samsung 
- Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom, Menvier, Gardtec and Scantronic 
- Access control: BPT, Paxton, ACT and Comlit 

Proactive and logical, as a Fire & Security Planned Maintenance Engineer, you’ll need excellent planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills. You will also be a strong communicator with an analytical mindset.
