Senior Town Planner - London

An established, multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their team to work on a range of challenging and exciting projects.

The successful Senior Town Planner will cover all aspects of Planning projects, including:

* Site Appraisal and Assessment
* Planning Applications
* Planning Submissions
* Planning appeals
* Pre-application services

You will provide planning advice and support to both private and public sector clients, lead projects and work with landowners, developers and investors and negotiate terms with local planning authorities, and mentor and guide the more junior Planners

In order to be considered the successful Senior Town Planner must have:

* At least 4 years’ post graduation experience
* A relevant RTPI accredited degree and/or Masters
* MRTPI
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent communication and rapport building skills
* Proven track record in Planning Policy
