The Company:

Our client, a multi-disciplinary architectural and town planning practice based on the outskirts of Oxfordshire, are looking to expand the size of the Town Planning division by offering an exciting opportunity for a Town Planner to join their team and deliver a wide range of exciting projects. The role will allow you to work in various aspects of the market including Residential, Heritage and Education and will include both office and on site work.

Key Responsibilities:

You will deliver different aspects of the planning process including appeals, applications, preparing development plan documents and liaising with clients on Enforcement matters. As a company they will pay for your full training which will include working towards your RTPI membership. You will work with both the Public and Private sector and ideally you will be able to drive.

In order to apply:

To apply you will need to be from a graduate background and hold a qualification that is RTPI recognized. If you have 1-2 years commercial experience that would be ideal and this can be from a placement from either the Public or Private sector. Ideally you will be based close by to Oxfordshire but Town Planners willing to relocate would also be considered.
