The purpose of the role is to support in the co-ordination, production and deliver the information required to manage the business efficiently and effectively, whist informing

Responsbilities:

• Responsible for business improvement through internal, external and joint auditing including BSillOOO.

• Internal Quality Audits to drive change and improvement

• Co-ordination of the management information required to prepare and deliver the various monthly dashboards, reports and that inform the business and drive change

• Controlling data production and flow of information

• Manage the end to end Annual Planning process including the publication of the Annual Plan. Liaising with all Heads of Service and the Client Team

• Co-Ordinate the delivering of the monthly rolling reporting schedule

• Delivering performance through the continual monitoring and analysis of KPIdata

• The team will own the change management process ensuring that contractual controls are adhered to, disseminated to the appropriate business streams, co-ordinate reporting the status in line to the contractual reporting schedule.

• Drive continuous improvement throughout Essex Highways

• Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Contract Governance, Business Management System, Change Management, Policy & Procedure



Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and have experience in Term Maintenance Construction Contract, experience in Quality Management and understand the fundamental mechanisms that drive efficiencies through a construction contract.

- Experience in Project Management and Business Improvement is desirable.

- Good communication and management skills require along with an ability to lead, motivate and drive continuous performance.

- It is important the candidate has a high standard of literacy and numeric skills supported with IT capability.
