Penguin Recruitment are looking to recruit a Structural Engineer to join an experienced consultancy in their Leeds office. The Structural Engineer will have the following responsibilities in this role:

* Structural engineering assessment and inspection of new and existing properties in steel, concrete, masonry and timber;
* Preparing high quality technical reports, including dilapidation reports and due diligence structural surveys;
* Undertaking analysis and design using a range of software packages, to back up reporting tasks;
* Ensuring the quality and consistency of technical output (drawings, reports etc.) is maintained;
* Liaising with, and leading other members of the design team to achieve a coordinated design solution that meets the Clients objectives.

The working hours are 8.30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 4:30 pm on Fridays. There is also free onsite parking.
