The Role:
Job Title: Invoicing Co-Ordinator
Location; Birchwood, Warrington
Duration: Permanent

Job Summary:

As part of the Service Delivery Team within the Service Centre, the purpose of this role is to generate and distribute high volumes of invoices to clients on a daily basis to meet set KPI’s. The role will involve a high level of processing and checking for accuracy.
Job Duties:


• Monthly, weekly and adhoc invoice and credit note production in compliance with procedures confirming invoice accuracy to a standard acceptable to Fircroft.
• Confirming correctness of invoicing and credit notes (including back up detail) plus releasing invoicing/credit note documentation according to agreed processes.
• Production of manual invoices for other areas of the business such as perm placements and adhoc finance invoices
• Adhoc reports and spreadsheets as and when required by the Team Leader


• Resolving invoice queries after a resolution is obtained by the Customer Services team in a timely manner


• Any other activity deemed relevant to the service centre responsibilities

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experienced in raising manual and computerised invoices and credit notes an advantage
• Experience in resolving queries and client issues an advantage
• Accounts or payroll experience would be an advantage
• Ability to work as part of a team yet also with the initiative to work alone
• Organised with ability to work under pressure, keeping to deadlines and ability to work with targets
• Good communication skills
• Microsoft software experience preferred, with Excel and Outlook a must
