Job Title – Shift Supervisor

Our client is a highly successful and well respected Waste Management company. This is a full time and permanent role for a Shift Supervisor based in Skelmersdale, you will receive a basic salary of up to £31,000 with an excellent benefits package and unrivalled career prospects.

The Person

The Successful Shift Supervisor will ideally have solid manufacturing experience, preferably within Waste Management / Recycling, chemical or food manufacturing. You will also have proven experience working within a workplace which uses control panels/ control rooms.

You should be confident in your ability with a flexible and adaptable attitude to work, you will strive with your colleagues in the team to provide the maximum availability and efficiency of our clients equipment in a manufacturing environment. All Shift Supervisors in the team have a flexible approach to working patterns.

The Role

Ensuring at all times that the site operates to the maximum process efficiency in accordance with legislation, environmental obligations and in a safe and healthy manner is of course at the heart of the role as a Shift Supervisor and you will be required to maintain production line efficiency. It would be ideal if you had some experience of the manufacturing industry. The highest standards of workmanship and attitude are expected at all times combined with a true commitment to safety and zero accidents.

The Package
