A national engineering consultancy is currently recruiting for a Senior  Electrification and Power Engineer to join them in their York office, as part of their rail team. You will be working on notable engineering projects which include Reading Station upgrade, Transpennine Electrification, Crossrail and the Great Western Electrification (GWRM).

This is the perfect opportunity for a Chartered engineer (or working towards) who has been working within an E and P team, and is looking to take a step up to senior level (with 5+ years experience). This role is a hands on, technical design position – where you shall also be directing a small team of electrical/ mechanical engineers and design technicians.

This is an E and P position – so as the Senior E and P Engineer you will have experience within rail; including lighting, signalling power, points heating and M and E building services experience within rail.

This organisation prides itself on being a family orientated consultancy- where you are not just  a number, and this has been reflected in candidates placed by CPR, who have stated that there is the opportunity to develop and progress as an engineer quickly, whilst the company itself develops.

This is a permanent opportunity which offers a competitive salary, as well as fantastic benefits. If you would be interested in discussing this opportunity further, please contact Sophie Kick; Head of Electrification and Power/ OLE, at Critical Project Resourcing on 01732 455 300 or email sophie @cpresourcing.co.uk.
