Job Title – Senior Commercial Surveyor

This is a full time and permanent role for a Senior Commercial Surveyor based in Greater Manchester. You will receive a basic salary of £42,760 (rising to £45,547) with an excellent benefits package and unrivalled career prospects.

The Person

You will strive in your ability to take on a wide variety of tasks & responsibilities – possessing the necessary qualities to be able to demonstrate proven experience gained through working in social housing construction, line management and cost estimations. You will have broad construction industry experience as well as a proven track record working within social housing, housing organisations & residential properties. To compliment your industry experience as a Senior Commercial Surveyor you will hold a relevant University Degree and/or current RICS/CIOB membership.

You should be confident in your ability with a flexible and adaptable attitude to work, you will strive with your colleagues in the team to provide the maximum availability and efficiency of our clients services.

The Role

Providing day to day management and leadership for a team of commercial surveyors and administrative staff is at the heart of the role of Senior Commercial Surveyor. You will also work closely with procurement colleagues on supply chain management and personally procure contract packages and solutions. You will need to ensure that risks and opportunities are closely managed, escalating upwards if significant issues arise. The highest standards of workmanship and attitude are expected at all times combined with a true commitment to safety and zero accidents.

The Package

The successful Senior Commercial Surveyor will be joining a fantastic team. You will receive a basic salary of £42,760 which will rise to £45,547 after a 6 month period and will be given the opportunity to drive your career forward and achieve your full potential.
