Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Plumbing Bias

My Client is looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer with a strong background in facilities maintenance of high street bank, head offices and commercial buildings. This is a full time mobile position working across the North London area with the majority of the work St Pancreas. The company are looking for the engineer to be the first point of contact on maintenance issues and will need an excellent understanding of high pressure unvented hot water systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major engineering organisation that will utilise a variety of skills within facilities maintenance.   

What you will be doing:
  • Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on plumbing and heating systems especially high pressure unvented within commercial buildings.

  • First point of contact on HVAC maintenance.

  • Small installation works on new equipment when required.

  • Diagnose and repair faults to equipment.
Requirements of the candidate:
  • City and Guilds in plumbing and heating systems.

  • Over 5 years’ experience working in facilities maintenance.

  • City and Guilds testing and inspection certificate beneficial.

  • 17th edition certification would be an advantage but not essential.

  • Test and inspection certificate would be an advantage but not essential.
