The company have multiple offices in the UK and employ over 200 Planning staff who generated over £20,000,000 in Planning fees in 2015/2016. The company offer a full range of planning services to clients which includes institutions, local Government, Government agencies, private estates, farmers, and landowners. The successful Senior Town Planner will assist with the delivery on a range of interesting Planning projects across the Rural and Urban sectors in the Commercial, Housing, Retail, Rural and Energy sectors. Specific duties and company services will include pre application advice, enforcement matters, application and appeals, EIA’s and development appraisals.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years post-graduate experience, hold a relevant RTPI accredited degree and/or Masters, be a member of the RTPI and have a full UK driving license. You should have a team player attitude but the confidence to work independently where required. It is expected that you will hold excellent communication and rapport building skills.
