Our client, established for more than a century and renowned globally as a market leader in their specialist field, are urgently seeking to recruit a highly self-motivated, proactive and dynamic Development Technician to both improve and develop a new generation of bespoke systems, from concept through to full scale industrialisation of a range of high value projects and NPI across international manufacturing facilities.

Reporting to the Global Director of New Product Development, the successful Development Technician candidate will be tasked with continuously improving existing products within the company portfolio as well as developing new products, monitoring the thermal performance of such products and taking responsibility for the maintenance and condition of the development shop and equipment. You will produce data for applications software in co-operation with other team members and be responsible for planning development tasks in order to control budgets and meet targets.
