The Role:
Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, this 12 month contract position is an integral role within our Supply Chain department where you will be responsible for providing Logistics support to our UK offshore business across the Southern North Sea and onshore terminals. The successful candidate will develop close working relationships across our Operations to support the effective delivery of this role.

This position will have particular focus on our offshore Walk to Work project and Aviation changes taking place later this year .Whilst this role is based in Norwich there may be a requirement to travel offshore occasionally, and to other offices as required.

Key responsibilities include:
 Support all planned and adhoc administrative tasks as required
 Maintaining and tracking of spreadsheets
 Recording and reporting of aviation & marine Logistics data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
 Administration of helideck inspection reports
 Regular Safety & Operations visits to Marine vessels while in port
 Day to day management of invoices and KPI’s
 Wider logistics team support where required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Strong IT skills primarily in Microsoft Office
 Knowledge of the offshore industry and/or a background in logistics an advantage but not essential
 Methodical approach and attention to detail
 Effective Planning skills
 Effective communication with internal/external stakeholders
 Ability to work under pressure
 Time Management
 Working on own Initiative
