Responsibilities:

* Reporting to the F-35 & Airframe Services PM Capability Development and Transformation Manager, influence the planning, coordination and implementation of capability development and business transformation initiatives including Project Phoenix.
* Provide technical support to the development and validation of the Phoenix project management solution ensuring that validation activities are coordinated to ensure that the solution will meet the requirements of the F-35 & Airframe Services business following Go-Live.
* Lead stakeholder management activities for F-35 & Airframe Services PM Capability Development and Transformation including, stakeholder management planning, communications planning, provision of co-ordination and support to Super Users and provision of support to Project Phoenix.
* Break down resistance to change, demonstrating to stakeholders the advantages of both Phoenix and other transformation initiatives to drive improvements into the business.
* Lead activities to facilitate a Phoenix PM reporting solution that meets the requirements of the F-35 & Airframe Services business.
* Coordinate the development and delivery of functionality to replace the existing Drilldown reporting utility.
* Lead the coordination and facilitation of PM data cleanse and project closure activities for F-35 & Airframe Services.
* Provide support to people and Organisational Development activities as required (e.g. co-ordination of training and Phoenix role allocation activities).
* Provide a PM interface to the Harrier AV8B team with respect to Project Phoenix and facilitate the engagement of the Harrier AV8B team in Phoenix readiness activities.

Requirements:

* The role will also require experience of the theory and practice of project control, including Earned Value Management, together with a broad understanding of business processes. Having a PM qualification such as APMP would be an advantage.
