The Role:
Reporting to the Process Safety Team this is a great opportunity to assist in the smooth running of the team by managing the technical administrative functions of the team. The team is made up of engineers at different sites who need a central point of support and co-ordination. The successful individual will be a self-starter who can use their own initiative with a keen attention to detail.

Key Tasks:

• Action administration from various Process Safety studies (such as HAZOP and LOPA).
• PTrac (action tracking system) administration.
• Interfacing with Engineering support for study actions – chasing, discussing and aligning with PTrac.
• Working with third party consultants for action administration on various Process Safety studies.
• Working with EDMS (document management system) and Attric for integration and archiving of study outputs.
• Process Hazard Analysis (PHA-Pro) work – extracting information and actions from studies.
• Maintaining hard-copy documentation/archiving.
• KPI creation, development, monitoring, recording and reporting.
• Assistance with general reporting and information gathering/interrogation.
• General maintenance of Process Safety action tracking.
• PeMOC administration – MOC close out, minor administrative changes
• ePMP administration – System no longer in day to day use, legacy PMP’s to be progressed and closed out.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications: IT literate with experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Familiarity of PHA-Pro or similar software for managing hazop data is desirable.
Experience: Past industrial experience is a necessity, as is familiarity with Management of Change systems and Process Safety requirements. Upstream oil/gas experience would be of benefit.
Personal Attributes: Able to integrate with Process Safety Team. Happy to work with other teams to achieve Process Safety goals, self-starter, tenacious with a keen attention to detail and able to work with minimum supervision.
