IC Resources is currently working with a worldwide semiconductor company working on the manufacture of Analog/Mixed Signal Integrated Circuits within the image sensors domain.

Our client is currently looking to hire an Analog IC Design Lead to manage a team of around 6 Analog/Mixed Signal IC Designers designing blocks such as ADCs, Amplifiers and Op-Amps specifically for Image Sensors. Your role as Analog IC Design Lead would involve managing the project priorities, manage the technical aspects of projects and ensuring that projects are completed on-time.

Ideally you will be Masters or PhD qualified with a minimum of 10 years Analog IC Design experience. You will be able to demonstrable experience of technical leadership with a track record of delivering revenue generating products to market.

On the technical side you will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of Analog IC Design with knowledge of switched capacitor techniques, low power ADC design and Analog modelling to improve system verification. Ideally you would have recent experience in Cadence & Mentor design tools as well as device modelling experience (Verilog-AMS, System Verilog). If you have any experience in ESD protection and Digital logic this would be a plus but is not essential.

You will also process excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work well as part of a diverse team. Alongside strong leadership characteristics and the ability to offer technical guidance and direction to more junior engineers.
