Responsibilities:

The role involves interfacing with Supplier Management teams, across the EF project, to resolve all Equipment Supply issues, main responsibilities include:

Interface with Major Units customer on delivery and quality.

Liaise with EPCs (procurement) on delivery performance.

Identifies key blockers within Warton Final Assembly. Investigates & provides suggestions to move the business forward.

Structured planning and effective liaison with stakeholders is required and the ability to identify and escalate issues as appropriate.

The role requires the ability to plan / organise and manage the associated budget and risk provision to minimise Airframe CSR impact.

Key responsibilities include process order requests, manage shortage resolution, return of equipment to vendors, and provide data as required for the contract status review

Managing critical issues to ensure any impact on delivery of aircraft Major Units to the customers is minimised

Preparation of Management reports to provide current status, with critical issues highlighted.

Requirements:

Experience in an aircraft operations environment.

Working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Project.
