Joining a World Class team of Control and Electronics engineers working on Hardware, Software and Controls solutions in Transmission control applications (Heavy Duty AMT)

Key Responsibilities

1 Customer requirement capture, interfacing;
2 Function and strategy development for heavy duty AMT;
3 Calibration development for heavy duty AMT;

Everyday tasks will include:

1 Technical specialist for the company in chosen area, guides company position on subject, promotes excellence internally and externally
2 Transmission control system development experience via proper process
3 Customer interfacing for technical elements of projects
4 Ensure application of robust systems safety processes and procedures
5 Support business development, contributing to proposals and dealing directly with customers to win business and ensure the project delivery is successful
6 Work closely with product groups to understand future testing technology and capacity requirements.



1 Significant experience of transmission control system for heavy duty AMT
2 Proven experience of TCU development or calibration experience for heavy duty AMT
3 Strong experience of shift strategy, shift quality calibration and drivability development to meet customer targets
4 Strong experience of transmission mechanical design, actuation system
5 Engine management system experience preferred
6 Experienced in use of real-time calibration tools
7 Experienced with vehicle based communication protocols, including specification and diagnosis, eg: J1939, UDS
8 Experienced in test-bed and vehicle based calibration
9 Proficient in English and Mandarin languages (written and spoken) for project and technical communication
10 Ability to plan, cost, manage and lead technical activities, issue resolution, customer interface
