A global leading Engineering / Manufacturing company who operate within the Security industry are looking for a Service Account Manager to monitor all EMEA revenue streams associated with Service managing current Service Contracts. You will be managing and building relationships with key customers, attending meetings and providing feedback when required.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Responsible for sustaining EMEA service revenue
* Manage and build relationships with key customers, attend requested meetings and provide reporting and feedback to customers as necessary.
* Handle escalations from contracts teams in regards to existing contracts such as pricing queries, requests for meetings and so forth.
* Work with Business Development Manager to create a business plan to grow conventional service revenue streams and increase profitability for the UK/EMEA Service business. Upon agreement with Senior Management; implement the business plan.
* Work with Business Development Manager/Sales and Senior Management to develop ways of generating new business and grow service revenue within the current distribution network.
* Support Contracts team in providing Service Contract quotations to customers based on their annual renewals.
* Develop meaningful management metrics to track the service business functions as efficiently as possible.
* Generate and provide reports for senior management as and when required.
