Working within a team of industry qualified plumbers you’ll be contributing to the completion of 3,000 customer appointments where throughout the day you will be assessing properties and installing suitable water saving products during pre-arranged time slots, all free of charge to the customer.

You will be provided with thorough training on the project and services, along with a vehicle, fuel card and a range of water saving products. All equipment required for the visits will also be provided. By using our state of the art PDA, you will be sent a jobs list each day including relevant information for customers who have arranged their free visit from us allowing you to manage your own day and workload.

As part of the service provided you will be expected to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction, be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about water efficiency and engage the customer through project education.

o Complete 8 to 12 Water Efficiency pre booked appointments with customers per day.
o Maximise water savings for every customer through water efficiency education and the installation of water saving products.
o Interact with customers using preset scripts and processes.
o Accurately manage and record stock.
o Must be presentable, organised and able to effectively time manage tasks.
o Maintain punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
o Enhance the clients and company’s reputation through exceptional customer service and care.

o A van and fuel card will be supplied for use on the project.
o Thorough training will be provided on the project and products, no prior efficiency knowledge is required.
o Candidates must be flexible in working weekday evening shifts and if required occasional Saturdays.
o Standard working hours are 8:00-18:00 and evening hours when arranged are 18:00-20:00.
o Working day begins at 8:00 on-site and commuting to and from the project area is in your own time.

Applicants must possess as a minimum and be able to present verifying qualification documentation of either:
• Level 2 NVQ / SVQ Certificate Mechanical Services Engineering (plumbing) (6089)
• City & Guilds Craft Certificate in Plumbing
• City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Domestic Plumbing & Heating (6189)
Applicants must hold GCSE’s in Maths and English.
Previous plumbing experience essential with full work history and referee’s available on request.
Applicants must consent to a full DBS criminal record check.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Candidates must possess the ability to be self motivated and work unsupervised.
Good communications skills essential.
Must possess basic internet and email skills.
Maintenance experience beneficial.
PDA or IT experience advantageous but not required.
