The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and have previous experience as a Site Manager. A candidate from a Construction background could be ideal.

The Installation Manager will be responsible for employees and sub-contractors during site operations and product installations ensuring compliance to safety systems at all times.

Duties include:

* Drive, report and communicate any obstacles to project delivery, installation and further sales opportunities
* Manage the installations in terms of labour resource, timelines, installation documentation (H&S/ work instructions) and budgets in conjunction with the Project Managers specifications.
* Provide weekly summaries of installation activity, plus a monthly report capturing issues and trends.
* Assist with the positive development of client relationships in conjunction with Field Sales and Project Managers.
* Provide Field Sales support as required upon timely requests.
* Assist with investigations into customer issues reporting on findings and suitable resolutions.
* Ensure site H&S standards are maintained in line with documented RAMS.
* Assist the QSHE Manager with site audits as required in line with our Quality and Environmental standards.



Required:

* Technical and manufacturing experience
* Awareness of current HSE legislation/ standards.
* PC Literate



Beneficial but not essential:

* Background in Construction
* IOSH Managing Safely
* Prince 2
* CSCS Card
* PASMA qualified
* IPAF scissor & boom lifts
