Responsibilities:

-Accept day-to-day accountability for and lead a team responsible for the management of engineering, procurement and construction works for the electrical system, submarine- and land cable supply and installation, transformers and HV/MV components, protection and control

-Accept day-to-day accountability for and manage a wide range of risks: health & safety, programme, cost, quality and compliance with specifications across either a group of contracts as part of a multi-contract concept

-Lead a team involving Procurement / Contract Management, Quality Control, Electrical Engineering and Offshore Cable Installation resources as well as supporting services

-Accept day-to-day accountability for and lead the preparation and delivery of project gate and project management documentation, such as project scope, costs, risks and interfaces

-Manage external stakeholders, such as suppliers and installation contractors, transmission owners and local authorities.

Qualifications:

-Old an engineering degree relevant for electrical systems/offshore works/construction or you have a similar relevant education and experience.

-Are a highly experienced project manager (5+ years), preferably with a PMP certification or similar, as we use PMI/PMBOK as project management framework

-Have extensive relevant work experience in leading large teams on technically complex and high-value construction projects, preferably involving offshore cable installation.

-Have exceptional communication and negotiation skills and speak and write English fluently

-Are able to prioritise and execute your tasks in order to meet deadlines.
