Working diligently with other site departments, the Manufacturing Engineer will provide day to day support to the manufacturing department and their activities in order to fulfil site objectives. As the Manufacturing Engineer you will provide technical solutions to solve problems and be able to work with cross functional teams in delivering improvements aligned with the business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the effective delivery and support of site manufacturing engineering activities
* Ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines and standards
* Review requirements and source documentation for development of manufacturing processes
* Interpret and execute policies and procedures and lead team members and engineers on an ongoing project basis

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

* Degree qualified with at least proven Manufacturing Engineering experience
* Direct process manufacturing experience within a regulated industry including the development of strategies, master plans and reports.
* Experience in multiple regulatory inspections and knowledgeable in current industry standards and regulatory trends
* Experience of Risk based methodologies, regulatory expectations, project management, strategic resource management and business analysis
* Ability to evaluate compliance issues and interact with regulatory inspectors
