The Role:
Purpose of the role:

•To provide a service as required to Project team, Client or Department Manager.

Service generally to be associated with,

•Prototype build/strip
•Prototype development or test
•Test cell dyno opertation
•Product change introduction
•To cover weekends on shift rotation

Main Duties:

•To be fully conversant with the requirements of the job and able to take clear written or verbal instruction and perpetrate it in accordance with Project Demands.
•To be able to organise a group effort and lead others as required.
•To be responsible for the specific allocated area of a manufacture / strip / build / test Project or Programme.
•To carry out ALL tasks as efficiently / effectively as possible in conjunction with other Staff / Areas.
•To be able to write a Report or present Results to satisfy Project requirements.
•To be able to conduct one self in a reasonable and responsible manner towards other staff and the customer.
•Shift work essential to support business needs and/or working off site.
•To be aware and observant of Health & Safety policy of the company.

Our Client is a prestigious manufacturer of sports and racing cars. The company designs and builds race and production automobiles of light weight and fine handling characteristics.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
NVQ level 2, BTEC National or Equivalent, Automotive plus recorded Apprenticeship
Working as part of a team in a workshop environment.
