Job Description:

* Apply and administer CM processes on program as directed. This includes the configuration identification, control, status accounting and auditing for development and operational systems.
* Review, update and where required create new processes to modernise current programmes.
* Create and establish new programme processes in line with new toolsets and advise CM/DM requirements for programme efficiency and longevity.
* Review and advise of toolsets and steps required to enable successful transformation from current manual processes to PLM type toolset environment introducing product efficiencies and cost-effectivity.
* Perform data management including the coordination, production and delivery of all data items generated on the programs, including auditing for compliance with customer, security, and program standards.
* Perform document control and accountability functions. Administer program action item system and experience in preparing for and participating inthe conduct of configuration baseline audits.


* You will possess a working knowledge of CMMI and ISO 9000 requirements, be able to effectively interface and communicate with multiple levels of management and colleagues in other engineering disciplines.
* You will have proven knowledge of programme set-up or process creation and introduction using current CM methodology.
* Currently hold SC security clearance.

Required Skills:

* Experience establishing, developing and implementing Configuration Management processes and training, such as configuration control, identification, data library/repository, product release, product delivery and configuration audits.
* Experienced with CM/PLM toolsets such as Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia, etc. Experienced with Microsoft office tools advanced features: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access or other database experience requiring schema definition and data manipulation.
* Experience working with ISO 9000 and CMMI CM requirement. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the generation and presentation of briefing packages to program management and customers.

Desired Skills:

* CMII Certification.
* Detailed working knowledge of Def Stans 05-57 and 05-123
* Proficient in evaluation of program documents for impact to CM processes
* Experience of Aircraft Design and Manufacture industry
