An Exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Asset Manager to join a well-established client of Matchtechs Buildings services division. This position is based in Southampton and requires the successful candidate to occasionally travel across the UK.

The Engineering Asset Manager will take responsibility for the management, maintenance, inspection and the completion of life cycle assessments for all new Assets.

The Role

* Integrating new assets and managing the disposal of old assets
* Planning and delivering maintenance regimes to address any potential issues that could lead to a loss of service
* Asset management using asset stewardship and industry methods
* Supplier management through the use and development of service level agreements.
* Deliver maintenance plans with the aim of achieving asset availability targets and supporting the creation of budgets.
* Asset integrity reviews to ensure maintenance standards are compliant.
* wide range of assets including building structure, Block paving, Drainage, water supply, fire safety and life safety

The suitable Engineering Asset Manager will be a motivated and driven individual who is keen to enhance their career within the Asset Management environment.

This role will require the Engineering Asset Manager to bring their current experience and knowledge to this position whilst being open to enhancing their skillset.
