Responsibilities:

* Detailed assessment of change requests to identify complexity levels of testing
* Detailed planning of project activities and resources required for the delivery of the project
* Management of the execution and delivery of all project activities to meet defined deadlines
* Producing required documentation to support project delivery
* Managing the activities within the project plan including the on-going update of achievements versus plan
* Tracking of project deliverables against stated completion objectives and dates
* Provides input into programme management reviews and meetings where required
* Embeds knowledge transfer and best practice within the organisation
* Engage and manage relationships with supporting suppliers for delivery of relevant elements of the project.
* Supports the planning process, deliverables readiness and financial components of the programme
* Supports the PCN (Change Management) governance process by assessing the impact of any change on the project schedule
* Robustly captures and maintains the risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies for the project
* Facilitates delivery of the LCM artefacts and interfaces with LCM chair and assessors where required. Also provides relevant assistance for any programme level LCM activities
* Facilitates the programme management reviews and meetings - daily management meetings, PRB, Contract Review and QBR processes to develop and agree presentation materials.
* Supports the process to ensure alignment of 3rd party providers planning and delivery to overall plan
* Drives lessons learned and best practice sharing across the programme and business
* Supports reporting and management of the programme and project plans with key stakeholders in the BAE systems Business Groups.

* Provides relevant assistance to the prime point of contact for Business Group PM’s in relation to the project plan management and alignment to business implementations

Requirements:

* Knowledge of the HRFS programme and its key objectives
* Payroll and HR Project management & change management experience
* LCM application
* Process mapping & improvement
