The key responsibilities of this role will be the following:

* Contribute to develop policies, processes and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative and contract requirements are fulfilled
* Manage day to day operations of the Asset Management organization providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high performance standards
* Maximize total return for each asset through the analysis of system efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance
* Monitor and control all financial budgets
* Review all SPV contracts for obligations SPV and other contract party respectively, including insurance
* Negotiate new O&M contracts from selected contractors.
* Monitor and influence all maintenance and operations and maintenance activities for the assets
* Maintain and grow good relations with all contract parties.
* Manage and co-ordinate potential contract modifications.
* Develop compliance calendar, manage and monitor compliance in all contracts and activities
* Aid in due diligence process, including review of financial and operational assumptions.
* Negotiate and communicate with all parties in the process of acquiring or disposing of assets to ensure that the best possible agreements financially are settled.
* Overall management of the energy sales completed by Energy sales Management team.
* Approve and monitor all payments of the plant
* Support Financial controller with analysis of P&L variance and CF Forecast and Solar plants Budget review



Required knowledge and experience:

Essential

* Energy assets management experience in solar PV energy
* Proven experience in Asset Management or operation of renewable portfolios
* At least 3 years’ experience in Solar asset management
* Budget preparation and management
* Familiarity with computerised SCADA /Monitoring systems.
* Excel skills to advanced level

Desirable

* Engineering focussed degree
* Managing a portfolio of large scale solar sites
