As the Service Solutions Manager you will be responsible for designing and launching service strategies for intelligent transportation systems. You will be responsible for the complete system service lifecycle including shaping, designing, and planning specific service lines with both internal and external stakeholders.

This is a newly created role which will be responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders in order to drive solution development, you will work closely with customer services, field maintenance teams and R&D for solution design.

Your role will include the complete system service lifecycle including market research, system service definition, solution business case development, and customer requirement solutions for Service Operations worldwide.

Key Skills / Experience:

* Substantial experience and proven achievements in a service delivery and/or service solutions product design role acquired within the Transportation or technology driven industry.
* Experience of business planning and general management (including service/system/program management)
* Experience shaping, designing, and planning specific service lines
* Excellent experience maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners and suppliers (internal and external)
* Strong organization and time management skills,
* Strong written and oral communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills are essential.
