Job Title: Key Account Supervisor

Location: Heathrow, London

Salary: up to £34,000

They operate a global network with some 500 branches in more than 80 countries, and employ approximately 16,000 people worldwide.

You will provide a high level of customer service to our key accounts. This will be through taking bookings and completing all air export paperwork (AWB, Customs, Invoice, Deliveries) and ensuring they hit their customer KPI by monitoring our performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise Key Account (delegation, performance reviews).
* Communication with the Key Account Customers and where applicable in house teams.
* Creation of Mawb’s & Hawb’s and other automated documents using internal operating systems.
* Final Mile delivery to airline - manifest, close and monitor.
* Prepare and submit customs entry.
* Split and tie up documentation.
* Pre-alert sub-contractors/carriers final details.
* Pre-alert to overseas offices as per SOP’s.
* Update tracking systems.
* Operational finance.
* Deliver individual and departmental KPI’s.
* The Company reserves the right to vary or amend the duties and responsibilities of the post holder at any time according to the needs of the Company’s business.

Key Requirements:

* Commercial experience.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Strong computer skills on Microsoft Office.
* The ability to adapt to in-house operating systems.
* Process oriented.
* Focus on output.
* Able to solve problems.
* Able to work independently where required.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to use own judgment.
* Able to prioritize and meet advised deadlines.
